Madhav Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is one of North India's most integrated manufacturers of transmission towers, railway structures, and structural steel. Headquartered in Mandi Gobindgarh Punjab's steel city the company has been at the forefront of India's power and infrastructure sector since 2001.

With an in-house rolling mill capacity of 1.5 lakh MT per annum and a fabrication and galvanizing capacity of 1 lakh MT per annum, Madhav Udyog operates one of the most complete steel-to-structure production facilities in Northern India. Every stage of production from raw material sourcing to finished, galvanized structure is managed within a single, integrated facility.

Our Story

Madhav Udyog Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2001 in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, one of India's foremost steel manufacturing hubs. The company began its journey with a rolling mill in 2005, producing structural steel sections under the trusted JYOTI brand with a clear vision to supply precision-engineered, high-quality steel to India's growing power infrastructure.

Building on this foundation, Madhav Udyog expanded its capabilities by adding fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing to its operations, investing in CNC machining and in-house testing laboratories, and scaling capacity progressively. As India's power grid expanded rapidly and railway electrification gathered pace, the company grew alongside it.

Today, Madhav Udyog stands as a fully integrated group combining steel rolling, structural fabrication, and hot-dip galvanizing under one roof, and a team of over 500 professionals. It is among the largest integrated facilities of its kind in Northern India.

Munish Goyal

Munish Goyal is the Managing Director and Founder of Madhav Udyog Pvt. Ltd. A Commerce graduate, he began his career in stock broking before stepping into steel manufacturing in 2001, growing the business from a turnover of roughly Rs. 50 crores to over Rs. 1200 crores. He believes deeply in the role Indian businesses play in nation-building, that every tonne of steel manufactured contributes, in some measure, to the infrastructure that powers the country's growth, which is a conviction that has shaped his approach to leadership: building for the long term, staying close to the ground, and trusting hard work over shortcuts. Beyond business, he is committed to giving back, with a particular focus on education and a long-standing association with the Art of Living.

Manish Jain

Mr. Manish Jain is a Founder Director and leads the Finance, Accounts, and Procurement functions. With over 25 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit, and taxation, he brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to the organisation's financial governance, ensuring that growth is matched with strong fiscal and procurement discipline.

Himanshu Gupta

Himanshu Gupta is a business operations and project management professional with over 15 years of experience driving organisational growth through strong leadership and change management. He holds an Executive MBA in General Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and has trained at premier institutions including SPJIMR Mumbai (Design Thinking), ISB Mohali (Innovation Management), ISB Hyderabad (Leadership), and INPM Japan (Japanese Production Management). His expertise spans supply chain management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team building, underpinned by a strong belief in sustainable, long-term business growth.
